Your Safety Matters
DoovoX connects real people to get tasks done. These Safety Guidelines help both Hirers and Workers stay safe. DoovoX is a neutral marketplace and does not guarantee the identity, qualifications, licensing, background, safety or competence of every user unless such verification is actually performed.
Meeting People for Jobs
Meet and work in reasonable, appropriate settings. Share your plans with someone you trust when helpful, and trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, stop and leave.
Protect Your Personal Information
Share only what a task genuinely requires. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial details outside the flows the app requires.
Keep Communication in DoovoX
Where possible, keep relevant communication in the app so interactions can be supported and, if needed, reviewed for safety and dispute resolution.
Suspicious Payment Requests
Never pay or accept payment outside DoovoX for tasks matched on the Platform. Off-platform payment requests, pressure to pay upfront outside escrow, or deals that seem too good to be true are warning signs of a scam.
Location & Address Privacy
DoovoX limits location sharing: workers who have not been accepted for a job see only the area and distance, not the full private address. Your exact job address is shared only with the accepted worker. Be thoughtful about who you share additional details with.
Reporting & Emergencies
Report suspicious users, jobs or messages in-app or to support@doovox.net. In an emergency or if you feel in danger, contact local emergency services first, then report to DoovoX so we can act.
Prohibited Conduct
Illegal, dangerous, abusive and fraudulent conduct is prohibited (see Community Guidelines). Violations may lead to removal from DoovoX and referral to authorities.
